Dear Prospective Learners and Partners,

In our rapidly changing World the challenges to successfully lead people and manage the organizations  are becoming bigger and more complex. In order to cope with those challenges it is necessary to understand the dynamics of your organization, the structure and processes that are most effective at that stage of development, the managerial styles of your people, and many other aspects.                                                                                    

Adizes Graduate School created and launched unique educational programs and modules, that will be able to satisfy the different needs of managers and those who want to become managers. I believe that our educational programs, delivered either purely by AGS faculty or jointly with our Partner institutions will be useful for managers from various countries, cultures, societies.                                                                        

I am sure that our interdisciplinary approach, interactive way of learning, rich and unique managerial experiences of our learners will provide the unique learning space for everyone, who will choose AGS.  Using the online and on-ground learning forms as well as blended model we are capable to reach the learners from various parts of our planet.

/ Biography

The history of Adizes dates back to the spring of 1966, when a young Ichak Adizes, as part of his doctoral dissertation, studied the Yugoslav industrial democracy-management system. This democratic approach to management stood in stark contrast to the top down management approach used in the United States, and it was by studying these two approaches and evaluating their relative strengths and weaknesses that the Adizes® Methodology was first conceived.

/ Career

Over the past few decades the Adizes Institute has emerged from a one-man operation into a multinational service organization.Dr. Adizes has written 26 books to 40 languages, has 21 honorary doctorates and two honorary citizenships for his contributions to the country.
Recipient of the Life Time Achievement award by the International Academy of Management.

Adizes Graduate School in order to implement various programs for the enhancement of organizational growth, uses Permanent and Affiliated faculty members from all around the World, as well as Research fellows, who are exploring the research, based on the Adizes methodology.

Permanent faculty of Adizes Graduate School usually are selected from the experienced Adizes institute Associates, who have extensive business and consulting experiences, as well as exceptional pedagogical skills to deliver various programs of Adizes Graduate school or joint programs with AGS Partner institutions.
