The Dean of Adizes Graduate School (AGS) Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas, who is also the President of BMDA and the main conference organizer, welcomed everyone โ attendees, speakers, and special guests. In his opening speech Dr. V. Kundrotas highlighted that the โburnoutโ problem is faced not just in personal, but also in organizational, public and even global levels. Thatโs why it is very important to share experiences how to deal this phenomenon.
The founder of Adizes methodology Dr. I. Adizes joined the conference with final keynote speech, which summarised not only what was said during the day, but also provided relevant insights on how to deal with burnout in personal life and in organizations. He pointed out that Adizes methodology provides systemic techniques how to manage accelerating change that can highly reduce burnouts in the companies. Mutual trust and respect, teamwork, co-operation and communication among different managerial positions, despite their styles - could maintain balance and handle stress.
