On the 20th of May, Dean of Adizes Graduate School, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas organized the on-line pre-conference of Baltic Management Development Association ( BMDA).

The event was attended by almost 130 participants from all over the world.

The main speakers were experienced global experts – Business Leaders, insightful Business Schools Deans and professionals of business, public sector and academia from different countries.

As the President of Baltic Management Development Association, Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas welcomed everyone, moderated the conference and explained about the coming BMDA global projects.

During the conference “How do we understand multidisciplinary in the period of uncertainty”, the participants were analyzing the situation from different perspectives: world’s response to uncertainty, academic institution’s response, business response and also management (leader’s) response to uncertainty.

At the end of the conference Dean of Adizes Graduate School Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas presented “Leadership intelligence program” for the executives, which is prepared in cooperation of Adizes Graduate School (AGS), Gdansk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM), Estonian Business School (EBS), International Management Institute (MiM Kyiv) and Porto Business school.
