This Privacy Policy describes how AdizesInstitute, LLC (“Adizes,” “we,” “our” or “us”) collects, uses and shares your information when you visit ourwebsite at https://adizes.com,and the webpages thereof (the “Site”), and use the services, features,content or applications we offer, including the service management styleindicator (collectively with the Site, the “Online Services”). If you represent a Client, we may collect, store, use and process data aboutyou and/or or individuals in your organization including but not limited to:

·       Information about theservices/products your company provides

·       Your company’s organizationalstructure

·       Contact information forindividuals within your organization.

 

We may collect the information from:

·       Third party job boards,professional forums, and similar sites

·       Professionalassociations

·       Survey results.

 

We also collect certain dataautomatically when you visit the Site or click through any links in an e-mailfrom us.  For more information, pleasesee the section below entitled “Information Collected Using Cookies.”

 

We may disclose this information to:

·       Third parties whoperform services for us, including but not limited to professional advisors,data storage and processing, document retention, and research;

SiteUsers
We automatically receive and record information from your web browser when youinteract with the Online Services, including your IP address and cookieinformation. This information may be used for fighting spam/malware and also tofacilitate collection of data concerning your interaction with the Services(e.g., what links you have clicked on), provide personalized content andadvertising, and remember you when you return to the Site.

 

Account Information
When you create an Account, you will provide information that could be PersonalInformation, such as your name and email address. You acknowledge that thisinformation may be personal to you, and by creating an Account for the Online Servicesand providing Personal Information to us, you consent to allowing others,including us, to identify you and therefore may not be anonymous.

 

We may use your contact information tosend you information about the Online Services, but only rarely when we feelsuch information is important. To the extent your use of the OnlineServices is affiliated with, directed by, or requested on behalf of a Client,Account and/or Profile information may be provided to us by such Client withoutyour knowledge.

 

User Content
Some features of the Online Services allow you to provide content to the OnlineServices, such as written comments. All content submitted by you to the Online Servicesmay be retained by us indefinitely, even after you terminate your Account. Wemay continue to disclose such content to third parties in a manner that doesnot reveal Personal Information, as described in this Privacy Policy.

 

Information Collected Using Cookies
Cookies are pieces of text that may be provided to your computer through yourweb browser when you access a website. Your browser stores cookies in a mannerassociated with each website you visit. We use cookies to enable our servers torecognize your web browser and tell us how and when you visit the Site andotherwise use the Online Services through the Internet, including by enablingus to:

·      Remember your login,recognize you when you return to the Site;

Advertising and the Use of Web Beacons
To support and enhance the Online Services, we may serve advertisements, and also allow third parties’ advertisements, through the Services. These advertisements are sometimes targeted and served toparticular users and may come from third party companies called “ad networks.”Ad networks include third party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendorsand research firms.

Advertisementsserved through the Online Services may be targeted to users who fit a certaingeneral profile category and may be based on anonymized information inferredfrom information provided to us by a user, including Personal Information(e.g., gender or age), may be based on the Online Services usage patterns ofparticular users, or may be based on your activity on Third Party Services. Web beacons allow ad networks to provideanonymized, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for us and foradvertisers. IP Address Information
While we collect and store IP address information, that information is not madepublic. InformationDisclosed Pursuant to Business Transfers

Underthe CCPA, if you are a California resident you areentitled to a list of the categories of PI that we have collected aboutconsumers in the last 12 months, the business or commercial purpose(s) forwhich that information will be used, the categories of sources from which thatinformation was collected and the categories of third parties with whom weshare that information.
